At Kaiko Fidgets, we want you to love your wearable sensory tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box and include a printed copy of your authorization email inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
